That's Ms. Harvey to you!!

Today I was at the doctor for my weekly appointment, and today she did it again. The receptionist greeted me by my first name. Maybe I'm wrong, but that is sooooo unprofessional. I never gave anyone permission to address me by my first name. I noticed some of the older clients being addressed appropriately, Mr./Mrs. I don't recall shooting marbles with her. To top it off, she makes sure she say " bye girl." GIRL!!! No..... that's Ms. Harvey to you!!
